I'm a French pastry chef with a lifelong passion for baking and pastry. What started as a love for creating delicious treats became my profession, leading me to earn several French qualifications in pastry and baking.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in several French bakeries and pastry shops, as well as in five-star hotels, where I developed my skills and gained experience in the art of French pastry.
